Hope. Grit. Recovery. Our very first Punk Walk & Roll 5K is complete — and what a day it was!

On September 6th, 37 walkers showed up, and together we raised $1,005 to benefit the Tacoma Recovery Center, a program of the Multicultural Child and Family Hope Center.

From dancing with kids in their school-age program to hearing stories of families finding stability and healing, we saw firsthand how MCFHC says “yes” when others say “no.” They wrap around families with diapers, groceries, housing support, parenting programs, and recovery services that restore dignity and hope.
