Most people spend 10–15 minutes per day, but there’s no required pace. You don’t need to complete every prompt, and you can move through the journal over seven days—or return to it whenever you need a reset.

This experience is intentionally calm and flexible. It’s not a challenge, a course, or a productivity tool. It’s a supportive place to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.
